NEW BOOKING PROCEDURE

New Clients:

You may book either the option for:

• New Client Appointment paid with a card

• 3-pack paid with a card.

ONLY Returning Clients may pay with cash.

Returning Clients:

You may book using the:

Returning Client Appointment

3-pack with a card here on the booking page.

To do this, use the Returning Client option

to reserve your spots.

Bring cash with you to your appointment

and I will change your appointments

to a package at that time.

(If you are a NEW Client, you must book

your first appointment with a card –

THEN you may book other appointments

as a Returning Client and bring cash for a package.

Note: New Clients that try to bypass prepayment

of their first appointment will have their appointments canceled.)

Packages include
all services that I offer.

Packages must be paid in full

by/on the first date of the first
session in order to receive
the package discount.

(I do not offer exceptions to this

because my system does

not track partial payments.)

IMPORTANT!

• Packages expire if not used within 12 months of purchase.

• Packages are not refundable, but may be transferred to
any person of your choice.

after making your appointment.

This needs to be filled out before you arrive for your appointment.

ARE YOU BOOKING WHILE IN ANOTHER TIME ZONE?

If you are in a different time zone when you book,
the times displayed are LOCAL to where you are.

Convert in your head or ask Google

to convert the time you are in to

Mountain Standard Time for Albuquerque.

EXAMPLES:

Miami (Eastern Standard Time – EST), appointments are 2 hours LATER than Abq.

10:00 AM in Miami is 8:00 AM in Albuquerque.

Houston (Central Standard Time – CST), the appointments are 1 hour LATER than Abq.

9:00 AM in Houston is 8:00 AM in Albuquerque.

San Diego/Tijuana (Pacific Standard Time – PST), you are 1 hour EARLIER than Abq.

7:00 AM in San Diego/Tijuana is 8:00 AM in Albuquerque.

Below are examples of reminders that you will get if you book

while in Miami (Eastern Time – EDT)

and don’t follow the instructions below to ensure you are

getting reminders showing Albuquerque time when you get back.

11:30 AM EDT (Miami) is 9:30 AM MST (Albuquerque)

APPOINTMENT TIMES WILL NOT UPDATE WHEN YOU GET HOME

They will still show times from where you were when you booked.

To Fix The Issue:

After you book and log into your client portal
(look for your email invitation), go to the profile button and click
Edit Profile as shown in the example below.
