My No-Show / Late Cancellation Policy

To ensure that there is a chance to fill your appointment slot in the event you need to cancel, there is a 24 hour minimum cancellation policy.

For cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance, any payment you made for your appointment when you booked online will be retained and applied to your next visit.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice from the appointment time will forfeit the payment.

Cancellations of appointments that are booked using pre-paid packages will be treated just as individually booked sessions.  If more than 24 hours notice of the cancellation is given, no change will be made to the remaining number of sessions left in a pre-paid package.  If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation, that session will be counted against the remaining number of pre-paid visits.

READ THIS –> IF YOU ARE A NO SHOW FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU MAY NOT RESCHEDULE THAT APPOINTMENT.  Likewise, if you are a no-show for your appointment, or if you are paying one appointment at a time and cancel more than 2 appointments in less than 24 hours, ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WILL BE CANCELLED and ANY BOOKINGS IN THE FUTURE MUST BE **PRE-PAID**.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

WHY THIS POLICY IS SO STRICT:

This policy may sound extreme, but this policy exists because of the irresponsible behavior of a lot of people over time.  It is necessary because I only earn money when I am actively working on a client. Imagine yourself coming to work expecting to earn a day’s wage, and despite being at work, due to other people being irresponsible, you don’t get paid.  This would upset anyone, since they are counting on that income.  You have done your part, but other people are not holding up their end of the bargain, shorting you on your ability to earn a living wage.  That’s it in a nutshell.

Frequent cancellations add up quickly.  You may think that you are just one cancellation, and how could that possibly make a difference, but I have had weeks where 10 people have cancelled.  Just like you, I have rent, groceries, a car payment, and so on, and I need to pay them on time.  As much as I might try to explain to my creditors, ‘But, I had 10 unexpected cancellations this week…,’ my bills are due when they are due, just like everyone else’s.
