Look and Feel Great with Lymphatic Massage

Feeling great after lymphatic massage

We all go through the struggle of looking and feeling our best.
We diet, exercise, or have surgery to improve our health,
but oftentimes we still carry around extra fluid that makes our efforts,
no matter how sincere, to seem to fall flat.

If you have tried some or all of these things and are
still feeling yucky, then give Lymphatic Massage a try.

Does This Sound Like You?

swelling and bloating in stomach can be helped by lymphatic massage

If so, I’m glad you are here.
You can get better.

I can help.

I personally suffer from a chronic swelling condition, so I know where you are coming from.  I know what it is like to feel bloated and uncomfortable and the frustration it causes.
I also wear compression daily.  So, if your condition requires you to wear compression,
I can relate – and I’ve got great tips for you.

To best serve my clients, I have amassed over 1600 hours of training aimed at
working with the body to relieve conditions that cause pain and swelling.

Additionally, as a LANA Certified Lymphedema Therapist, I hold the
most advanced training that exists for therapists who treat swelling.

Lymphatic Massage can help you
get rid of that excess fluid, detox your body,

and make you feel great –
in just an hour long session.

Lymphatic Massage is Relaxing and Effective

Lymphatic massage quickly removes excess fluid buildup in the tissues.
Purging excess fluid helping to get rid of the bloated feeling that can come when we hold excess fluid because of hormones, less than ideal dietary choices, or following surgery.

Video on How the Lymphatic System Works

Many people (doctors included!) are learning more about the lymphatic system lately, but the information available is often very muddled and difficult to understand.
For that reason I made a quick and easy to understand video that helps to better explain what the lymphatic system does as a whole.  This will help you better understand what lymphatic massage does for your health – whether you had plastic surgery or not.

What All Does Lymph Affect in the Body?

Lymph affects the entire body – excluding the hair, nail, and corneas.  With the exception of those few tissues, the lymphatic system helps to keep the body healthy by carrying away fluid, waste, and acting as an immune system super highway in the body.
