Reviews

I had plastic surgery (lipo, BBL, and boob job) and came to see Shannon two days afterwards. She was so helpful, kind, and GENTLE. I dreaded getting lymphatic massage because I heard that it was painful, but it wasn't. I felt so relaxed and my pain was eased by the time I left my first session. I healed so much faster than expected. My surgeon was surprised. She also has a great scar gel that helps with the pain after lipo. Highly recommend!!! - Stephanie T.

Healed So Much Faster! Shannon was AWESOME and aided in me healing a lot faster than anticipated. With a lot of confusion surrounding lymphatic massages out there and what was right for me, Shannon was very knowledgeable, informative and made me feel confident in choosing her for my post-surgical massages. I’d recommend her 1000 times over!  --Meriah H.

Services

Heal Faster. Heal Better.

Plastic Surgery Recovery Therapy is a series of post-op lymphatic massages designed to reduce accumulated fluid and prevent or get rid of lumps and bumps. It is also helpful after coolsculpting.

Reboot Your System with Lymphatic Detox

Lymphatic Massage is the most effective way to detox your system.  After all, your lymphatic system serves as the body’s waste disposal system.  If it is backed up, you can bet that you are feeling it.  Getting a lymphatic massage is the best cleanse that there is.

Get Back to
Being You Again

Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome keep you from being up and active. Lymph is moved when the body moves, so if you are sedentary, it just makes you feel worse.  Lymphatic Massage can help break that cycle and help you feel better quickly.

Reduce and Maintain

Lymphedema is a condition often (but not always) brought on by cancer surgery.  Regular Lymphatic Massage (Manual Lymphatic Drainage) is a part of keeping swelling down so you can get on with the rest of your life.
